NM811 is changing the requirements for submitting tickets online to be more aligned with our legal requirements.
NM811 will no longer accept the "*" symbol in the "Cross Street" or "Intersection" fields.
Any ticket submitted with an * in these required fields will be rejected because of incomplete information.
Additionally, a project name is not a valid entry in the "Address" field, it should be recorded in the "Remarks"
section of the ticket. To ensure the timely processing of your ticket please make sure to
include a physical address and/ or GPS coordinates of your dig site in the address field
